All the transparency without the headaches! As a member of our Home Preservation Plan, you will have access to our Jobber Client Hub, where you can submit new work orders, view the status of current jobs, review and approve estimates, and view and pay open invoices (available on iOS and Android).

Our team will inspect the property for safety (e.g. smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, etc.) and efficiency (e.g. water leaks, etc.) as well as a report with any repairs that are advised to keep your property in top shape!
Log into your Jobber Client Hub on your mobile phone or computer and tell us what's going on. Someone from our team will contact you to confirm the details of the job to see if an estimate is needed.
If an estimate is required, our team will provide you with an itemized estimate, which is good for 30 days. If you approve, you will sign it in your Client Hub and our team will call you to schedule the job. If a deposit is required (for larger jobs), it will be taken at this time through the Client Hub.
Once a job has been scheduled, it will show up on your Client Hub. It will also tell you who is performing your job and provide a contact number for them, if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our technicians arrive within a 1 hour window (e.g. between 2-3pm).
Once the job is complete, the technician will ask you to review it to ensure it is done to your standards, and sign the work order. Then, you will have the opportunity to pay the technician digitally, or receive an invoice to your Jobber Client Hub. All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Members with invoices open past 30 days may be subject to service interruption.
Once your job is done, a member from our team may call you to follow up and ask how the job went, or ask you to take a short survey. We care about your experience and we're always trying to improve, so your feedback is greatly appreciated!

For a monthly fee, you are set up with a mobile-friendly 24-Hour Client Hub for inputting job requests and viewing/paying invoices, acting as your single point of contact for all of your maintenance needs. You also receive priority scheduling for all job requests, a 5% discount on all services, annual expense reports to assist in tax preparation, and annual preventative maintenance inspections.

If service is required, a member of our team will contact you with an estimate, based on our understanding of the work required. However, in general, we charge $50/hour for labor, and we have 1-hour minimum. Labor costs for specialty services (requiring certified or licensed technicians) start at $85/hour.
