January - March
Start your new year off right These are the tasks that homeowners should be doing, by month. If you're a member of our Home Protection Plan, these services are quoted and sent to you ahead of time, so you can determine whether or not you want us to tackle them for you.

- Change furnace filters
- Test Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Detectors
- Check for ice dams and dangerously located icicles
- Tighten loose door handles, knobs, etc.
- Check & clean range hood fan
- Inspect basement
- Vacuum refrigerator coils
- Run water & flush toilets in unused spaces
- Clean garbage disposal, if needed
February
- Change furnace filters

- Check for ice dams and dangerously located icicles
